This men's pair is for size 8-13 and is 1/4" thick and measure 11.5" long by 3 3/4" at the widest point and 2 3/4" wide at the heel. They can be cut down in size to fit inside your shoes perfectly.<br>They have a massaging honeycomb pattern and provide excellent cushioning. Unlike others, do not raise you up so far as to make your shoe uncomfortable or risk turning your ankle. Some unwarranted 1-star reviews are because of this. I use these in all my shoes and you can place it under the original insoles that your shoes came with.
